Bollywood rapper Badshah recently opened up about his impulsive purchase of a Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II, valued at over ₹12 crore in India, admitting that the excitement of owning one of the world’s most luxurious SUVs was surprisingly short-lived.
In a candid interview with Curly Tales, Badshah reflected on the decision-making process, saying, “I think buying the car was very impulsive. Jaldi se decide kar liya ki aaj lena hai (I decided quickly that I will buy it today). Badshah Wali feeling hai. It’s a good car. 10-15 minute raha tha uska high, and then you are like what next?”
The rapper’s confession offers a rare glimpse into the fleeting satisfaction that even ultra-luxury purchases can bring, reminding fans that the thrill of status symbols often fades quickly.
Badshah, known for his extravagant lifestyle, surrounds himself with high-end watches, limited edition sneakers, designer jackets, and a fleet of premium cars. He explained that his desire for luxury comes from a fascination with owning the best in technology and design. “Mera mann karta hai ki jo bhi best hai technologically wo mere paas ho (I wish to have all best things technologically). Log kehte hai naa ki best gadi hai (When people say it is the best car). So I want to have all those things,” he added.
The Rolls-Royce Cullinan places Badshah among an elite group of Indian celebrities, including Shah Rukh Khan and billionaire Mukesh Ambani, highlighting the rapper’s status in the country’s luxury scene.
